1. The service
SurfMarkets provides AI-generated market commentary, signals, and charting tools. The product is in public beta and is offered on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on SurfMarkets — including Boris Benderovich commentary, signals, watchlists, or AI summaries — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing rate limits.
- No reselling or redistributing market data or AI output.
- No use of the service for unlawful or abusive activity.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Pro plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
7. AI-generated content
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on it as a sole source of truth. We may regenerate, edit, or remove AI content at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
The SurfMarkets brand, software, and design are owned by us. Market data is owned by its respective providers. You retain rights to your own content (e.g. notes, watchlists).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurfMarkets and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
